OXFORD RL suffered a ninth-straight defeat this season when going down 54-14 at high-flying Doncaster.
The Blues remain rooted to the bottom of Kingstone Press League 1 after Liam Welham’s hat-trick helped the hosts to their biggest win of the campaign.
Oxford were 16-0 down inside ten minutes with Welham (2) and Makali Aizue crossing.
The visitors hit back when Aaron Nicholson strolled over and Nathan Kitson converted.
And it was soon 16-10 when Clark McAllister scored in the corner.
But Doncaster regained control to lead 28-10 at half-time as Tom Carr and Kyle Kesik dived over.
After the break, Louis Sheriff and Welham added to the home side’s try count to make it 38-10.
Harvey Burnett crossed for Oxford’s third try, but it proved only a consolation as Doncaster cruised to victory.
Jordie Hedges, Sherriff and Ryan Wright went over to condemn Oxford to another heavy defeat.
