Berinsfield's lead at the top of Buildbase Oxford & District League Section 1 was cut to four points as they were held to a 3-3 draw at Headington Conservative Club.
Adam Ingram was the star of the night, scoring 6,590 against Dave Gordon.
Second-placed West Oxford Democrats Club were able to capitalise with a confident 5-1 victory over Masons B, to close the gap at the top to four points.
John Patey, Billy Hill and Eddie Tebby were all successful in the singles, while the pairs were shared.
