A magnificent double hat-trick from Amy Gillett helped Quarry Rovers to an 8-1 home win over Launton in the Oxford Mail Girls Under 13 Blue League.

Mary Newton also bagged a brace for the hosts, while Amy Norfolk responded for Launton.

An early blitz from Red League leaders Oxford City set them on their way to an easy 7-0 success at home to Wantage Town.

City raced to a four-goal lead inside 13 minutes.

Millie Collier notched three goals and Jess Styles pitched in with two, while Olivia Thacker and Damini Bhagat also got themselves on the scoresheet.

Anna Hamerow and Charlotte Evans bagged a hat-trick each for Summertown Stars Red in their 6-2 home triumph over Charlbury in Group A of the Under 12 League Cup.

Charlbury started brightly and actually led through Isabela Ashton-Rickardt.

However, by the time Elizabeth Ledgard-Hoile grabbed their second, Hamerow and Evans had already done the damage.

Summertown Stars White were also convincing winners, making it two victories from two games in the League Cup with a 4-1 success at Abingdon Youth.

Chloe Lattimore was on target for the hosts, but they were outgunned as Ruth Tyson struck twice alongside goals from Aisha Horbury and Alice Frith-Powell.

In Group B, goals from Victoria Traff, Grace Richards and Billie French gave Oxford City a comfortable 3-0 win over Kidlington.

Milly Parchment fired Benson United into an early lead at Grove Rangers.

But they were unable to hang on as the visitors hit back for a 3-1 comeback victory.

Rose Kent struck twice for Rangers and Maisey Cox also netted.
