Tom Webb came fourth in the UK's Strongest Junior event in Belfast
TOM Webb has confirmed his place as one of the strongest juniors in Britain after finishing fourth at a national competition in Belfast.
The 23-year-old, from Wheatley, shone in the UK’s Strongest Junior 2015, part of the Strongest Man weekend in Northern Ireland.
He was invited to compete after finishing third at England’s Strongest Junior championships in June.
Webb, who has been involved in the sport for 18 months, contested six events, including holding a one-tonne car for an allotted time and a Bavarian stone deadlift starting at 200kg.
He has now set his sights on the London’s Strongest Man competition in November.
