Former Australian Test wicket-keeper/batsman Tim Paine has signed for Banbury.
The 30-year-old Tasmanian, who played four Tests in 2010, has also made 26 one-day international appearances.
He has a top Test score of 92 against India in Mohali and an ODI best of 111 against England at Trent Bridge in 2009.
Payne has been playing for the Hobart Hurricanes in the Big Bash and the Tasmanian Tigers.
Banbury have also signed Oxfordshire paceman Karl Penhale from Aston Rowant.
