A superb half-century break from Karl Walker was in vain as Premier Division leaders Abingdon Conservative Club A lost 4-3 at Division 2 pacesetters Woodstock in the Gentworks Oxford & District League’s Colin Cutler Memorial Trophy.
Walker hit a 63 break as he beat Priyan Shah 89-37 to level the tie at 3-3.
Lots were then drawn for the decider with Stuart Reeve edging out Michael Bennett 80-65 to seal the shock for the hosts.
A 40 break from Jason Poole helped Witney C fight back to beat Green Road A 4-2.
Trailing 2-0, Poole defeated Ray Benwell, before Tom Grealis sealed the turnaround against Mark Burns.
