Leschea Guiste’s hat-trick gave Summertown Stars White a 3-2 home victory in their Oxford Mail Girls Under 11 League derby game against Summertown Stars Red.

Guiste struck twice as the league leaders opened up a two-goal lead, but they were pegged back before the break by Anna Hamerow’s effort.

Guiste was on target again to restore the two-goal advantage and although Lulu von Pander again brought Reds back in touch, they could not find an equaliser.

Grove Challengers moved up to second in the table with a 6-0 home win over Kidlington.

Carterton Town continued their dominance of the Under 12 Blue League with a 10-0 win at Hook Norton.

Ruby Colleton notched a treble, Ellie Hawken and Ellie Jones scored two each and there were also goals for Ellie Walecki, Zoe Lee-Philips and Lauren Warne.
