OXFORD shared the spoils in a team encounter at Reading.
Ben Schneider, Alexander Karle and Jax Bowers took the opening A string match for Oxford 45-43.
The hosts won the B team clash against Oxford’s Caryl Oliver, Malcolm Alton and Sam Hughes 45-29.
Oxford B were then pipped 42-41 in a golden hit decider by Reading A, before Oxford A tied up the match by defeating Reading B 37-36.

In an under 18 competition, Oxford’s Messina Karle finished runner-up to Reading’s Noam Rosenbaum.
Oxford, who cater for all ages from eight upwards, are set to host a return match at their Rye St Antony School base in Headington in the new year.
Newcomers are always welcome with the club staging taster and beginner courses throughout the year.
