BEN Watson will look to convert his English title into a Commonwealth Games medal tonight.

The 24-year-old weightlifter, from Didcot, is in action in the 105kg category at 7.30pm.

Watson, who is a member of the St Birinus club, will hope to emulate fellow Didcot resident Dan Rivers, who has won two shooting medals at Glasgow 2014, including gold yesterday.
