Rowant made a decent start to their reply, with the efforts of openers George Reid (34) and Tom Condon (30) being backed up by Andrew Tolson (47).

By the time Mark Strong picked up three wickets, the game was almost won, and the visitors eventually wrapped up victory with 5.2 overs to spare.

But Chris Jeffcock (4-23) and Thomas (4-59) chipped away to dismiss Stokenchurch for 193.

Brackley were bowled out for only 121 by Bledlow Village 2nd, but still managed to win and so return to the top.
