Good afternoon and welcome to sunny Sixfields.

Well, it's not quite the scenario we were all hoping, but Oxford United will nonetheless be looking to head into the summer on a positive note.

There's also the Chris Wilder factor as he faces the U's for the first time since leaving in January, plus the fact that this is an enormous game for Northampton, who still have the threat of relegation hanging over them.

I'm here for the next four hours to take you through the build-up, action and reaction.

But for the final time this season I'd love to get your thoughts, so get involved by tweeting @oxfordmailoufc or by posting a comment below.

Bloody useful idiots! Genuinely believe if Lenegan had left Mickey in charge we would have ended up with more points. Waddock is a Wazzock

I said I wouldn't post again this season but this has been a total embarrassment. We finish 12 points above relegation but 19 points from automatic promotion when even in February we were in auto spot, a total and utter collapse, get rid of the lot except the boys in the development squad. And Waddock too, he hasn't a clue. We are a sham of a Football Club, absolute laughing stock, in all my years supporting OU, (since 1958) I have never been so disappointed or embarrassed for the club as I am today. The Chairman should feel utterley ashamed and humiliated for doing what he did after Wilder ran away, he's an idiot. If he has a decent bone in his body he will go and take Waddock with him. We fans and the name of the club deserve better.
