Karl Walker claimed his eighth Gentwork Oxford & District League's Walt Bradbury Cup title – and his fourth in a row – when he beat Michael Bennett by a deceptive 4-1 scoreline in the final.

Bennett, who has won the title six times, took the opening frame 69-49, despite breaking down when 44-0 in front.

Walker won a scrappy second frame 53-28, while he also edged the third 73-50.

Bennett opened the fourth frame with a break of 24, but Walker responded with a 53 break to triumph 77-37.

In the fifth, Bennett again took an early lead, but Walker kept in touch before recording a brillliant clearance of 65 to take the frame and match 72-30.

In the semi-finals, Walker beat Aaron Downey 3-0, while Bennett had a walkover aga-inst Adam Brown, who was unable to make the final date.
