Oakley United’s march at the top of the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division continued with a magnificent seven without reply at Chalgrove.

Keiron Schmidt opened the scoring with an effort that flew in off the underside of the crossbar.

And from then on the result was never in doubt as they moved three points clear of second-placed Horspath.

Schmidt added a second, Martin Kinsey bagged a brace, with James Keeble, Ben Gray and Darren Gascoyne rubbing it in for the rampant visitors.

Shaun Hurcombe’s treble piled on the agony for Garsington as they crashed 7-1at home to Oxford University Press.

Sam Wharton (2), Grant Gaertner and Matthew Spooner also found the target.

Chris Peck replying as injury-hit Garsington finished the game with ten men.

Another side to hit seven were Freeland who handed visitors Adderbury a 7-0 thrashing.

Jack Dunmall collected a second half treble, but by then Danny Taylor (2), Leuan Morgan, and Dan Sherbourne had done the damage.

Ashley Buttress gave Horspath the lead at Stonesfield, but the home side’s George Redknap equalised with a bullet header following a pin-point delivery from Nick Higgs.

Middleton Cheney secured the Division 2 title with a 4-1 home win over Freeland Res.

Middleton’s Steve O’Brien opened the scoring, but Ashley Blackwell equalised for the visitors.

Josh Hart put the home side ahead again ten minutes before the break and he and O’Brien each struck once more to take the crown.

Daniel Butler and Dave Rose were on the mark for Adderbury Park Res in a 2-2 draw with visitors Stonesfield Res, who replied via Matthew Brook and Nick Clarke.

Tej Constant earned Marston Saints Res a 1-0 home win over Eynsham Res.

Jamie Hodges was the difference as Eynsham defeated Broughton NN 3-0 at home in Division 1.

He got his side on the scoresheet at the end of the first half and added two more after the break.

North Oxford drew 1-1 at home to Watlington.

The visitors scored from a Pete Ashman penalty.

North levelled just before the break with Ben Hepburn’s 40 yard free kick, after Dominic Bruno had twice been denied by the woodwork.

North pushed in vain for a winner, but Watlington held on.

Northway’s Kyle Pullen drew first blood at Kidlington OB but his side went away pointless, losing 2-1.

Sam Pontin levelled and Billy Truby completed the comeback.

In Division 3, Horspath Res won 3-1 at Watlington Res, thanks to Tom Wilson, Craig Pitson and Seb Warner.
