Division 5 North Berks League leaders Uffington United went down 4-3 at Stanford in the Vale Res.

Mark Jones (2) and Ian Moore scored their goals, but Stanford won courtesy of a Tyrone Mayall hat-trick and a Richard Eltham strike.

Paul Powell also hit a treble as Wallingford Town Res closed the gap at the top to five points following their 7-2 win at Didcot Eagles.

Charlie Lee (2), Dave Woodley and Elliott Westwood scored their other goals, while Alex Rodman and Gareth Cole with a penalty replied.

Warren Ralph scored twice for Hagbourne United Res alongside goals from Tom Pickering, Dean McGirr and Dom Lovegrove as they won 5-2 at home to Steventon Res who scored through Lee Denton and Andy Hall.

Harwell International won 3-1 at Wallingford Town to switch places with them near the foot of the Division 1 table.

Tim Bowler scored for the home side, but goals from Jamie Newport, Gareth Fenton and Lee Chapman won the match for the visitors.

In Division 2, East Hendred cemented their third place with a 4-0 win at Steventon, courtesy of a Ricardo Riccio double and strikes from Ben Hummel and Shane McGowran.

Marcham won 4-2 at Saxton Rovers Res, with Wes Coster netting twice alongside Stuart Armstrong and Shane Northcott goals. Saxton replied through David Carter and Mike Quinan.

Kintbury Rangers Res extended their lead at the top of Division 3 to five points following a 4-0 win at Dorchester Res, with Rob Denison, Dan Way, Luke Grant and Josh Way all on the mark.

Bishop scored twice for Hanney United as they won 3-1 at home to Stanford in the Vale.

Neil Pimm netted their third while David Griffin netted for Stanford.

Clanfield 85 Res leapfrogged opponents Milton United Res after winning their contest 2-1. Robert James and Steve Olphert were on targert with Rhys Griffiths hitting back for Milton.

Turnpike Sports returned to the top of Division 4 following their 4-0 home triumph over bottom side Hagbourne United.

Mark Davies bagged a brace and Nick Brookes and Luke Johnson scored the other two. Andy Pickering bagged a brace for Grove Rangers in their 2-0 home win over Long Wittenham Athletic.

Kevin Thimbleby, Jason MacDowell, Ashley Lever and Mark Roberts scored for East Hendred Res in a 4-2 home win over Faringdon Town A for whom Ryan Broadbent and Nick Wojcik netted.

Berinsfield Res won 3-1 at home to Kennington Athletic. Mennan Calvo, Jack Hastings and Charlie Jamieson scored their goals whilst Foley Sercombe hit the consolation for Kennington.
