Noel Fehily, stable jockey to Chipping Norton trainer Charlie Longsdon, was signed off for the day at Market Rasen yesterday after he suffered a wrist injury in the opener.
Fehily fell from his boss’s Ready Token in the novices' hurdle, but was deemed fit enough to get the leg-up aboard Superior Quality an hour later.
The jockey was, however, then stood down by the course doctor and was unable to take his final ride of the day aboard Munsaab.
