Oxford face the ultimate test on their return to the Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League’s top flight with an opening day trip to reigning champions Henley.

Last season's Division 2 West champions will visit the Brakspear Ground on Saturday, May 10.

Banbury, who finished third in Division 1 last term, open up at Gerrards Cross, who were promoted in the reorganisation following last month’s breakaway by the Hertfordshire League clubs.

Aston Rowant, who went up in similar fashion, face a tough trip to High Wycombe.

In the second round of games, Oxford are at home to Tring Park, Banbury entertain Henley and Rowant host Slough.

Banbury and Oxford meet for the first time at White Post Road on June 28.

Cherwell League champions Horspath break new ground when they visit Finchampstead in the opening round of Division 2 fixtures.

Great & Little Tew entertain Chesham, while Shipton-under-Wychwood, who were promoted following the restructuring, travel to Falkland.

The second week sees Shipton entertain local rivals Great & Little Tew, while Horspath host Falkland.

The first five and the last four games will be 50 overs-a-side matches, while the games in between will be played on a time basis.
