Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 East leaders AFC Hinksey suffered their first defeat since the opening day of the season when they went down 3-2 at bottom club Didcot Town Res.

Hinksey, who fielded a vastly under-strength team, were undone by goals from Sam Borland, Kristofer Gray and Oliver Thomas.

Anaclet Odhiambo and Jack Dunmall replied for Hinksey.

Jamie Essex and Jonathan Feaver hit hat-tricks in Chinnor’s 7-0 demolition of hosts Woodley Town.

Feaver’s treble included a penalty, with Dan Stone also on the scoresheet.

Rob Joyce capitalised on a clash between the Rayners Lane goalkeeper and a defender in the 80th minute to notch a 1-0 home victory for Milton United.

Matt Godwin’s second-half brace clinched a 4-2 home win for Henley Town over Finchampstead.

Ben Clark and Carl Sims netted for Henley in the first half, with Kylo Atkinson scoring both Finchampstead goals.

Mark Threlfall and Steve Olphert scored twice as Clanfield cruised to a 7-0 win at Carterton in their Division 1 West derby.

Clanfield were quick out of the blocks, with strikes by Threlfall and Olphert sandwiched around a Jack Ellis goal inside the first eight minutes.

Alan Rogers added a fourth in the 33rd minute, with Olphert, Threlfall and Alex Povey completing the rout in the second half.

Easington Sports won 4-1 at home to North Leigh United.

Andrew Stidder, James McMahon, Niall Higgins and Luke Gardner were the Easington scorers.

Hook Norton came from behind to win 4-1 at Malmesbury Victoria.

Scott Chilcott gave the hosts a fifth-minute lead, but Aaron Field, Joe Eyre and Nathan Bott scored for Hook Norton before the break, and Mark Dennis’s last-minute penalty put the icing on the cake.

Old Woodstock Town won 2-0 at home to bottom club Letcombe.

Marvin Martin headed home Mark Haigh’s long throw to put Woodstock ahead in the 12th minute, and Tom Ross sealed victory in the 75th minute.
