OXFORD Academy staged a terrific fightback to win 5-4 at home to Wheatley Park in the ESFA Under 12 Playstation Schools’ Cup first round.

Trailing 4-1 at half-time, Oxford took victory with Brandon May (2), Rhys King (2) and Liam Harper on target.

Marlborough (Woodstock) won 3-1 at Chenderit (Middleton Cheney) in the ESFA Under 18 Schools’ Trophy second round.

Will McEachran, Ryan Heap and Lawrence Brook were the Marlborough marksmen.

Matt Peake-Pijen grabbed a second-half winner for Lord Williams’s (Thame) in their 2-1 home victory over Theale Green.

Matt Soames had netted for Lord Williams’s before the break.

Jordan Poole’s first-half brace saw Cooper (Bicester) to a 3-2 home win over Lord Williams’s in the ESFA Under 16 Premier League Schools’ Cup second round.

Cam Hawtin also scored for Cooper, with Matt Peake-Pijen bagging both Lord Williams’s goals.

Rav Shamsi scored twice, including a great free-kick, as Cherwell (Oxford) won 4-2 at John Madejski Academy (Reading).

John Dennis and Jordi Mulvany also netted for Cherwell.

Oxford Academy stormed to a 7-0 home win over Marlborough in the ESFA Under 15 PlayStation Schools’ Cup second round.

Todd Morris and Owen Karau bagged braces, with Ryan White, Leyton Brandon and Josh Tooke also on the scoresheet.

In the girls’ competitions, Miriam Pritchard fired a four-timer in Cherwell’s 5-3 home win over Wheatley Park in the ESFA Under 16 Schools’ Cup second round.

Amber Goodgame was Cherwell’s other scorer.

Marlborough ran out 2-1 winners at home to Lord Williams’s in the ESFA Under 13 PlayStation Schools’ Cup second round.

Ella Dawkins and Eva Wallace were on target for Marlborough.
