That's all we've got time for today, thanks for your thoughts - very interesting as always.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
We'll be back tomorrow night from 6.45pm with all the usual build-up and updates from #oufc's home game against Fleetwood.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:26am
@OxfordMailOUFC Good decision, as is loan to Staines. Regular gametime and working with Marcus Gayle will be beneficial. Will retun stronger
— @yellowdruid 11 February 2013
11:25am
We're into the closing stages of today's chat, anything else you want to raise? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:25am
@OxfordMailOUFC not bad giving Ty a contract, but as usual it's up to him to prove he deserves it
— @ChrisDarley88 11 February 2013
11:24am
@OxfordMailOUFC finding and developing local players should be a priority of any club looking to be sustainable
— @OUFCAddict 11 February 2013
11:22am
@OxfordMailOUFC i would like him to stay he looks a good prospect for the future
— @Jakeoufc01 11 February 2013
11:20am
While we're mentioning strikers, what are your thoughts on #oufc's intention to take up the 1-year option on Tyrone Marsh's contract?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:16am
@OxfordMailOUFC I agree with others I think we should give smalley a go with beano and potter theres a real lack of goals at the moment
— @Jakeoufc01 11 February 2013
11:16am
Yep, details of that vote are up online. Nice gesture from Bridle, logos could be on the shirts as early as Saturday. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:16am
@OxfordMailOUFC a mention that the voting is now open for the charity shirt sponsor replacing bridle. Was in Saturdays programme. #oufc

We've not had too much snow here, not as bad as in some surrounding areas. There's a bit more forecast, but don't think there is a concern.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:12am
@OxfordMailOUFC I am 30 miles away - snowing heavily and 3 inches of snow. What is it like in Oxford - any danger to the game?
— @yellowdruid 11 February 2013
11:08am
@yellowdruid @OxfordMailOUFC Pittman found his form just before he got injured
— @JamesAPittaway 11 February 2013
11:08am
@OxfordMailOUFC give smalley a go alongside beano tomorrow, we're not scoring at the moment so what harm would it do?!...
— @realpaulhawtin 11 February 2013
11:06am
@OxfordMailOUFC I agree with @le_knight_mar the attendance will be poor. Great support from rovers Saturday saved the atmosphere #oufc
— @tim_cowley 11 February 2013
11:05am
Thought Josh Parker was lively when he came on - set up the best chance for Constable. Should he get a look in tomorrow? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:04am
@OxfordMailOUFC Josh Parker looks like a man playing for a contract - good attitude in OSC, could be a better optionthan injury prone JPP
— @yellowdruid 11 February 2013
11:04am
@le_knight_mare @OxfordMailOUFC Wilder is running out of time. Why does he play 4-3-3 when the squad plays it's best 4-4-2?
— @JamesAPittaway 11 February 2013
11:04am
What about tomorrow night? Is this a real make or break moment? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:04am
@realpaulhawtin @OxfordMailOUFC I got home and immediately booked a short break weekend of play off final. No chance #oufc will be involved

Are we likely to find anyone as good as Leven on loan at this stage? I doubt it. We should be getting a right-sided equivalent of Rigg. Parker's cameo off the bench (not sure if he could do it over 90 minutes) showed a glimpse of what it might be like if we had someone strong, pacy and direct on that side. He put in the best cross of the game for the chance Constable hit over the bar.
11:02am
@OxfordMailOUFC be lucky to have over 5k there tommorow #wilderout
— @le_knight_mare 11 February 2013
11:01am
.@OxfordMailOUFC agreed its 2 ways, but its happened EVERY year since Kassam bar promo. Club is heavy on short contracts, no key team spine
— @Ben_Yates 11 February 2013
11:00am
Think that's a valid point, yellow druid. Smalley had a chance to stake a claim if he had scored a few vs Chinnor. It wasn't the easiest...
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
...of conditions that night and he did try to make things happen, but it didn't really come off.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
11:00am
RT @yellowdruid: @tim_cowley @OxfordMailOUFC Smalleys performance in OSC may have been a factor - was disappointing. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:54am
The Worley sub very nearly came off, as it did at Morecambe. Still not sure how that header dropped wide. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:52am
RT @realpaulhawtin: @OxfordMailOUFC also I don't blame CW for bringing on Worley instead of smalley but he should have done it earlier. #COYY
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
RT @tim_cowley: @OxfordMailOUFC how small did smalley feel on Saturday with Worley brought on up front instead of him? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:52am
RT @realpaulhawtin: @OxfordMailOUFC problem is finding a striker that's good enough and available. Craddock is a good finisher but always injured. #COYY
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:52am
@OxfordMailOUFC he does have physical presence but that's about it. He never gets in goal scoring opportunities leaving beano lone #oufc
— @tim_cowley 11 February 2013
10:52am
@OxfordMailOUFC he has played well, doesn't look confident. Need to look for a clinical player. Who will get one chance and put it away!
— @KieranOrourke21 11 February 2013
10:51am
Hi Russell, Craddock has been out for the last two games with a groin injury. He was a sub at F'wood & Bradford for tactical reasons...
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
...with Richards' physical presence preferred. It didn't work too well vs Fleetwood, but it did come off at Bradford. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:50am
@OxfordMailOUFC I agree with him! Short term deals are a waste of time, players play well during the first half, then there gone and were...
— @benmul9 11 February 2013
@OxfordMailOUFC lost without them! Need more players in a long term deal!
— @benmul9 11 February 2013
10:46am
@OxfordMailOUFC do we know why craddock is on the bench every week when he's our top scorer?
— @06Russ 11 February 2013
10:46am
Fair point Kieran, does Tom Craddock not fit the bill there (12 goals this season)? Who realistically would you want to come in? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:46am
@OxfordMailOUFC We need a striker to help Constable and take the pressure off him. Richards never looks like scoring!
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 11 February 2013
10:46am
@OxfordMailOUFC I wouldn't change anything but why not give Smalley a chance with Constable or Worley up with Constable
— @lloydcalcutt 11 February 2013
10:46am
@OxfordMailOUFC there's nearly always been a clearout. Why play for promotion if you're going to be dropped? More observation than theory.
— @Ben_Yates 11 February 2013
10:42am
@OxfordMailOUFC look at teams in the top 7 they have a consistent player who puts the ball in the net. We need someone alongside beano
— @KieranOrourke21 11 February 2013
10:41am
Hi Ben, intriguing theory. Can you explain it, why would short term deals lead to a slump in the 2nd half of the season?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:40am
.@OxfordMailOUFC history repeating - post Xmas fall off due to short term contracts. Story of the last #oufc decade with 1 exception.
— @Ben_Yates 11 February 2013
10:39am
Fantastic gesture from the 12th man, interesting suggestion Lloyd about where it would be best spent. What do #oufc need most of all...
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
...a striker to put the ball in the net, or someone to provide the ammunition? Both types are not the easiest to find. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:38am
Wilder didn't suggest on Sat that a signing was imminent, but it could change quickly. We may find out more today. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 11 February 2013
10:36am
@OxfordMailOUFC instead of using the 12th man money on a midfielder why don't they use it on a striker to help out Constable!
— @lloydcalcutt 11 February 2013
10:35am
@OxfordMailOUFC Anymore info on the "creative" midfielder loan Lenagan alluded to on Thursday. Could we see more than 1 coming in? Any out?
— @ABrown31 11 February 2013
@OxfordMailOUFC Oxford need a clinical striker. Our squad on paper should be challenging for promotion, disappointing season!
— @DJChurch94 11 February 2013
10:35am
Where do #oufc go from here? What would you change for tomorrow night's game?

Good morning everyone and welcome to our weekly debate on all-thing s Oxford United.
It’s not been a great week – defeat at home to Bristol Rovers came on the back of news about Peter Leven’s knee operation and gloomy financial figures.
But there’s little time for the side to lick their wounds – they’re back at the Kassam tomorrow night for a game against Fleetwood.
There’s two ways for you to join in, either send us a tweet @oxfordmailoufc or post a comment in the box below.
