GAVIN Henson should make his return for London Welsh tomorrow after being named on the bench for their final LV= Cup clash at home to Newport Gwent Dragons.

The Welsh international, who turned 31 yesterday, has not played since November 4 due to back and calf injuries.

Henson, hooker Neil Briggs and prop Franck Montanella this week received new cars from County Chevrolet in Bicester, who have entered into a partnership with London Welsh.

Head coach Lyn Jones has made 11 changes, including one positional.

They include debuts for Gonzalo Tiesi’s at outside centre and former Oxford Harlequin Ryan Newman, who is on loan from Henley Hawks, at openside flanker.

Blindside Lee Beach will skipper the side, with lock Jon Mills expected to resume the captaincy at Leicester next week.

Welsh cannot progress from Pool 4 after three straight defeats.
