THE merry-go-round at the top of North Berks League Division 1 continued as Saxton Rovers became the fourth side in as many weeks to top the pile, writes Phil Annets.

And they did it in style, as Kyle Allsworth hit a hat-trick in a 7-0 win at home to Sutton Courtenay.

Tom Allsworth, Frankie Haines, Louis Bloomfield and Martin Young also found the net.

The basement battle between East Hendred and Childrey United finished in a 1-1 draw. Craig Tizzard netted for Hendred, with Mike Cannings responded for the visitors.

Jonny Eudell struck four times as Ardington & Lockinge went top of Division 2 with an 8-1 romp against Saxton Rovers Res.

Adam Hogan, Chris Hunt, Kye Dean and Rob Joyce also netted for the hosts, with Dan Hosier on target for Saxton.

There are also new leaders in Division 3, after Harwell International Res won 3-1 at Didcot Casuals Res.

Kris Gray, Aaron Gray and Todd Willis scored their goals, while Charlie Jamieson replied for the hosts.
