That's where we have to leave it for today. Many thanks to our contributors, lots of topics covered as always. #oufc

11:32am
The youth team is probably a good place to finish. They're hosting Plymouth in the FA Youth Cup 2nd rd on Wed. It's at Thame Utd...
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
...think it's a 7.30pm kick-off. We'll be there with updates if you can't make it as they look for an 11th win on the bounce. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:32am
@OxfordMailOUFC went to the rugby yesterday and pitch looked good, winter to come though, depends how bad that is.
— @realpaulhawtin 12 November 2012
11:28am
@OxfordMailOUFC Could you give a shout out regarding the youth team game on Wednesday. Those lads deserve the support!
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 12 November 2012
11:28am
Without getting rid of loanees there won't be funds to strengthen at #oufc. Think the squad is strong enough now to do without a couple.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:25am
@OxfordMailOUFC We seriously need Potter back. We also really need to bring in a right sided player as competition/cover.
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 12 November 2012
11:23am
Alfie Potter has certainly been missed in the last 2 games. Looks like he'll be back for Chesterfield though, along with Tom Craddock. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:23am
@SpikeyOx I agree, cut one of the loanees and get a winger. @oxfordmailoufc
— @swissyellow 12 November 2012
11:22am
@OxfordMailOUFC OUFC missed Potter last sat. Maybe time for Wilder to look for other winger as a back up.
— @SpikeyOx 12 November 2012
11:21am
@OxfordMailOUFC I think we'd have beaten D&R if Mullins had played. We certainly would have defended corners better which proved crucial.
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 12 November 2012
11:18am
@OxfordMailOUFC if a new manger is to have any effect he needs to be able to dabble in the transfer window & stamp his mark on the players
— @andywilmer 12 November 2012
11:18am
@OxfordMailOUFC So far the pitch seems to be standing up pretty well. It's looking better than I thought it would.
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 12 November 2012
11:18am
Would it have been different against D&R if Mullins had played? The rest of #oufc still started slowly, would one player have changed that?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:16am
@OxfordMailOUFC if things don't drastically pick up before Xmas and we don't climb the table CW has to go simple as...
— @andywilmer 12 November 2012
11:16am
@OxfordMailOUFC only if Mullins play last Tues the result would be different. OUFC played well in 2nd half Beano need to polish his shooting
— @SpikeyOx 12 November 2012
11:15am
What is your view on the pitch at the Kassam? It's had 4 games in 8 days, how do you think it's standing up to the dual use? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:15am
15 mins to go here, so if you've got something to get off your chest, now is the time. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:15am
@OxfordMailOUFC just think wilder doesnt have a plan b...Torquay were poor and came for a point...Heslop is not a winger #longseasonahead
— @Maze10Wm 12 November 2012
11:14am
@OxfordMailOUFC Worley is better then Raynes but then my gran is better then Raynes
— @Yellowtillidie 12 November 2012
IL clearly runs things differently to KT, not quite as high profile. He's been v consistent in his backing of CW though. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:14am
@OxfordMailOUFC thomas used to do interviews on yellow player, don't seem to have any chairman interviews now?
— @dikko17 12 November 2012
11:09am
@OxfordMailOUFC Worley is better then Raynes but then my gran is better then Raynes
— @Yellowtillidie 12 November 2012
@OxfordMailOUFC I wouldn't be surprised if Worley goes out on Liam when Dubes is fit. It's frustrating for any footballer not playing games.
— @andywilmer 12 November 2012
11:08am
RT @Yellowtillidie: @OxfordMailOUFC Davis no question, general south stand opinion is Calpadi isn't good enough
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:07am
As it stands Ransley, it looks like Worley is 4th in the pecking order at CB behind Wright, Mullins & Raynes. Will be 5th if Dubes returns.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:07am
@OxfordMailOUFC Davis still not 100% I felt, but he will be soon and will no1 for me, Capaldi has been good too.
— @OXONAssassin 12 November 2012
@OxfordMailOUFC Davis is number 1 LB for me, skilful, good defender and has pace. Linked with Rigg well on Sat, need to keep him fit.
— @realpaulhawtin 12 November 2012
@OxfordMailOUFC I'd like to see Davis start with O'Brien on the bench as back up I don't think Capaldi is the player we hoped he would be.
— @andywilmer 12 November 2012
11:04am
@OxfordMailOUFC why is Harry not in the squad is what I would like to know
— @Yellowtillidie 12 November 2012
11:04am
@RealLewisJames @oxfordmailoufc to make a better atmosphere is simple. START WINNING MATCHES. Crowds will increase!
— @alanbaker_ 12 November 2012
11:04am
How good was it to see Liam Davis back? Real contest at LB with Capaldi and (for the moment) Luke O'Brien. Who should be No 1?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
11:04am
@OxfordMailOUFC Feelgood factor needs IL to be more positive, KT had that vibe nailed. Ian needs to crack that nut and quickly
— @swissyellow 12 November 2012
11:03am
@OxfordMailOUFC 6 points from play offs and mayb 6 from relegation! Very close league all to play for! Our form will pick up
— @dikko17 12 November 2012
11:03am
@OxfordMailOUFC Marsh has been on the bench for what seems like a season now, can see Wilder selling him.
— @JamesPitt85 12 November 2012
10:59am
That is a key point, Paul. Despite losing 9 of 17 #oufc aren't out of it are they? Improvements are obviously needed, but L2 is still v even
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:59am
@OxfordMailOUFC Excellent batch of youngsters coming through, Marsh, Roberts, Udumaga, O'Dowda, Lynn & Long. Or we could use Daniel Boateng!
— @BraddersSimon 12 November 2012
10:59am
@OxfordMailOUFC manager is under pressure, when u are mayb u stick with tried and tested players & mayb not rely on untried youngster,
— @dikko17 12 November 2012
10:56am
@OxfordMailOUFC disappointing week but 6 Pts off play offs with 29 games to go. Need to start being consistent but we can still do it.
— @realpaulhawtin 12 November 2012
10:56am
@OxfordMailOUFC almost full team to pick from so no more excuses. need 2 wins from 3 chesterfield/barnet/northampton + Accy in FA Cup.
— @mjgelder 12 November 2012
10:55am
@OxfordMailOUFC get the feelgood factor back by bringing in a good striker who can score goals consistently.
— @GrantTaylor96 12 November 2012
10:55am
@OxfordMailOUFC CW needed to stick with 442 based on tom and beano showing form, that meant some1 playin RM- davis LM tony LB Rigg RM mayb?
— @dikko17 12 November 2012
10:55am
There are signs #oufc have a decent crop of youngsters coming through. 10 wins in a row for the U18s, who are in FA Youth Cup 2nd rd on Wed.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:55am
Only CW can answer why Marsh didn't come on. Personally I was surprised not to see JFC at some point in either game. #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:51am
@OxfordMailOUFC can't fault CW 4sat, but that's 2 home games gone &5 points not gained that would of made diff in league,
— @dikko17 12 November 2012
10:51am
@OxfordMailOUFC why isn't Ty Marsh being given a chance? Saturday was crying out for another attacker; I want to see these boys brought on
— @BraddersSimon 12 November 2012
@OxfordMailOUFC need to have at the youth development too, soo many good players from Oxford gone onto better things mccleary,Taylor, blackst
— @le_knight_mare 12 November 2012
10:51am
The crowd numbers do seem to have taken a knock. How would get the feelgood factor back or does it just come from results? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:51am
@OxfordMailOUFC I agree with Lewis. The crowd on Saturday was like a funeral. Don't think I heard a chant. Starting to feel like a chore
— @tim_cowley 12 November 2012
10:48am
@OxfordMailOUFC feel good factor has gone shown by dropping unhappy crowds. Xmas around the corner, can only see then dropping
— @le_knight_mare 12 November 2012
@OxfordMailOUFC yeah but this isn't a 1 off tho is it. We have lost 8 or 9 league games already. Crowds down 1600 from last year too
— @alanbaker_ 12 November 2012
10:46am
Morning Mark. Think the problem is there isn't a natural deputy for Potter. Chapman wasn't effective in RM vs D&R either.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:44am
We should be aiming for automatic promotion not the play offs with the squad we have. Lets hope for a run in the FA cup @OxfordMailOUFC
— @le_knight_mare 12 November 2012
10:44am
@OxfordMailOUFC how does Heslop get in the team he ain't no wing wizard
— @steffensmark 12 November 2012
10:44am
What do you think, Alan? Did CW do his job & pick a side which created lost of chances? Was it his fault no one had their shooting boots?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:41am
@OxfordMailOUFC how much longer do we give wilder before deciding enough is enough.
— @alanbaker_ 12 November 2012
10:40am
@OxfordMailOUFC every time United kick off, they do exactly the same thing and lose the ball every single time.
— @GrantTaylor96 12 November 2012
10:40am
@OxfordMailOUFC we played well sat, to create that many chances against TUFC who r good team is positive, just annoyin ball wouldn't go in!
— @dikko17 12 November 2012
10:40am
...was it just general frustration at seeing two points slip through their fingers? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:40am
Hi Guys. Tim raises an interesting point. If you booed at the final whistle, why did you do it? Was it aimed at the #oufc players or...
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:36am
@OxfordMailOUFC if were going to get promoted those are the games we need to be winning! Good teams can play badly and get results!
— @DanMatthews__ 12 November 2012
10:36am
@OxfordMailOUFC we battered them in the 2nd half. Was unlucky not to win. Can't understand the boo's at f/t
— @tim_cowley 12 November 2012
10:36am
Hi Wayne, can you be more specific? Was it two points dropped or did you think #oufc were generally poor?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 12 November 2012
10:34am
@OxfordMailOUFC poor very poor
— @Maze10Wm 12 November 2012
10:31am
