FOOTBALL: Revenge is sweet for Yarnton

Yarnton held off a revival from Oxfordshire Senior League rivals Chalgrove to edge into the third round of the Oxon Charity Cup with a 2-1 victory.
Second-half goals from Jay Johnson and Ryan Thorne put Yarnton seemingly in control, only for Simon Godfrey to pull one back for the visitors.
Chalgrove kept up the pressure, but Yarton held on to avenge a 3-0 defeat by Chalgrove in the league.
Ian Peedel scored the winner for Witney & District FA side Ducklington in a 1-0 triumph against Oxfordshire Senior League outfit North Oxford.
