Images from before, during and after the Flora London Marathon 2009

RUNNERS from across Oxfordshire will join 36,000 people including celebrities and elite runners this morning to start the 2009 London Marathon. As they set off from Greenwich, following a 26.2 mile course that will take them along the streets of the capital toward the finish line in The Mall. Along the way they will cross the Thames along Tower Bridge, pass Canary Wharf and the Houses of Parliament as thousands cheer them on their way and the world watches their progress.
