BABY red pandas have made their first tentative steps into the world at Cotswold Wildlife Park.

The new additions, who have not yet been named, were born in June but have been in the enclosure’s nests out of sight until now.

Their proud mother, Scarlett, has been showing them around their new home at the Burford park this week.

Hayley Rothwell, deputy section head of primates, said: “We are all over the moon and have been very excited by the arrival of our beautiful panda cubs. ”
