POLICE appealed for the public’s help to find a man who has been missing from Witney since August 31.
Frankie Horwood was last seen in the town wearing a grey hoody with a logo, black trousers and a top with the logo ‘Dave Clark’ on it.
He is 25 years old, white, 5ft 10ins, medium build and has short brown hair.
He has several tattoos on his torso and both arms.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on non-emergency number 101.
