A barbecue fire led to fears of a gas explosion yesterday.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue was called to a house in Cogges Hill Road just after 1pm as the barbecue, which used a gas cylinder, was “completely engulfed” in flames.
Two fire engines attended the scene with police officers who evacuated residents.
