Man charged with wounding after incident in Witney cafe
A 23-year-old man was yesterday charged with wounding with intent.
James Hearn, of East Avenue, Oxford, was charged in relation to an incident in Nortons Cafe Bar, in Langdale Court, Witney, on September 13 this year.
He was released on bail and is now due to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on January 5.
