Man exposes himself to teen girl riding horse near Burford
A MAN exposed himself to a teenage girl on a horse near Burford.
The incident was at 2.20pm on Wednesday, November 19 on the road between Holwell and Bradwell Grove.
The 17-year-old girl was riding her horse when a man drove past, stopped his car and got out wearing only an orange T-shirt and trainer.
He walked toward the victim whilst removing his T-shirt and she quickly rode away.
Police say he is white, 40 to 50-years-old, overweight, under 6ft with short brown hair. He drove a dark red saloon car which was dirty and dusty and had a red sticker in the right rear window.
