Flood alert issued for West Oxfordshire after heavy rain
A flood alert is in place today in West Oxfordshire this morning.
The warning has been issued by the Environment Agency and runs from Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire to Cassington.
A flood alert, indicating low-lying fields and roads could be flooding, has also been issued for the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock.
The agency said there could be further heavy rain this afternoon.
