CLASSIC cars and vintage vans brought crowds flocking to and event held just outside Woodstock over the weekend.
The annual Oxford Bus and Classic Vehicle Rally took place on Sunday off the B4095, near the Bladon roundabout.
The event was organised by the Oxford Bus Museum, which has its home at the railway station in nearby Long Hanborough.
Bus conductor Derek Bloomfield was showcasing a 1967 AEC Renown bus.
He said: “We had lots of people, it was a successful day. Considering the weather wasn’t brilliant, we had a really good turnout.”
Other attractions included wartime vehicles and equipment, along with vintage motorbikes and cars.
Brian Tegg, 72, from Bicester, was there with other members of the North Oxfordshire and Cotswold Military Vehicles Trust.
He said: “It went very well. I’ve been going to the rally for a few years now and it was better attended this year and there were more buses running.”
