A CHEERY snowman drawn by a Faringdon schoolgirl is on sale all over the country after she won a national competition.
Charlotte Carlisle, nine, a pupil of Longcot and Fernham Primary School, will see her design transformed into a Christmas card to be sold in aid of the Rainbow Trust, a charity which helps the families of children battling life-threatening and terminal illnesses.
Charlotte, who was diagnosed with aplastic anaemia in October 2009, was helped by the charity before a successful bone marrow transplant in July 2010. Nine designs were chosen to be sold in packs of ten at £4.50 to raise funds for the cause.
