Power cut hits 1,500 homes in Wallingford

A POWER cut in Wallingford has hit 1,582 homes and businesses.
But Southern Electric said it had restored power to a large amount of homes and businesses after the fault at 1.50pm.
Spokesman Greg Clarke said: ”We are doing everything we can to restore power to the remaining customers affected.
“And we would like to apologise to anyone affected for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
