A TEENAGER was sexually assaulted by a stranger in a Wallingford park after being asked for a lighter.
At about 7.20pm on Tuesday the 18-year-old woman was in Bull Croft Park when a man approached her.
He tried to shake her hand, then sexually assaulted her, police said, but she was not injured.
Police said the man was Asian, in his 30s, 5ft 5in tall, slim, and with short dark hair.
Thames Valley Police did not reveal details about the incident until yesterday.
