A FORMER teacher charged with historical sexual offences at a now-closed school appeared at Oxford Crown Court.
Trevor Bolton, of Kestrel Way, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, faces four counts of indecency with a child and five counts of indecent assault on a male.
The offences allegedly occurred while the 77-year-old was working at Carmel College, on the outskirts of Wallingford, between 1968 and 1988.
He was due to enter pleas at the crown court yesterday but is now expected to do so at a hearing on January 16 next year.
