A WOMAN from Cholsey has been charged with the death of a cyclist in Wallingford Road in the village in June.
Maria Sutton, 27, of Oterry Way, Didcot, was charged on Wednesday with one count of causing death by driving without due care and attention.
She appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court yesteray and was further charged with two counts of perverting the course of justice and was released on bail to attend Oxford Crown Court on October 9.
The cyclist, a 55-year-old man, died in hospital on June 9, five days after he collided with a Kia Cee'd.
Sutton was arrested on June 5.
Two men, aged 45 and 27 and a woman aged 22, were also arrested in connection with the incident but have been released without charge.
