BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

Raymond VARNEY, 48, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted begging for money while prohibited by a public spaces protection order on May 3 at Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

AARON BAKER, 20, of Knollys Close, Abingdon, admitted using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance, a valid MOT certificate and a valid driving licence on May 19 at Abingdon. He was fined a total of £400 and must pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

LAWRENCE BOYD, 25, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance on April 23 at Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

Brandon DAY, 21, of Faulkner Street, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance and a valid driving licence on June 21 at Oxford. He was fined a total of £760 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

Tony KEOGH, 29, of Cobden Court, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance and a valid driving licence on June 28 at Oxford. He was fined a total of £540 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

JAMES SAWYER, 29, of Farnborough, Wantage was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance and a valid driving licence on June 28 at Didcot. He was fiend a total of £760 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

JAMES SMITH, 28, of Howard Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance and a valid driving licence on June 16 at Bicester. He was fined £760 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

ROBERT STEVENSON, 62, of Orchard Way, Banbury, admitted speeding by driving a 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Bicester on October 22 He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Gareth DRUMMOND, 35, of HMP Woodhill, admitted failing to give information relating to a driver at Banbury between May 31 and June 28. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

KERRY TURNBULL, 42, of The Park, Harwell admitted drink driving in the A4130, Brightwell-Cum-Sotwell on October 29. Had 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. She was fined £110 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

LEE WINDEBANK, 27, of Worcester Drive, Didcot was convicted of unauthorised depositing, treatment or disposal of waste on or about November 9 2016. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £500.

FRANK BROWN, 60, of Stert Street, Abingdon admitted possessing a knife in a public place in Oxford on September 3 2016. A community order was made and he must attend mental health treatment as a resident patient for 12 months. He was also fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

JOHN CLARGO, 51, of Kennett Road, Headington was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have committed an offence between June 12 and July 10. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his driving licence.

ADAM ELTHAM, 27, of Harrier Drive, Didcot was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have committed an offence between June 27 and July 25. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his driving licence.

COLIN GRAY, 49, of Falcon Close, Oxford was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have committed an offence between June 15 and July 13. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his driving licence.

TERRY MOOHAN, 34, of Old Nursery View, Kennington was convicted of speeding at 97mph on the M40 at Great Milton, exceeding the limit of 70mph. He was fined £231 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also given five points on his licence.

CATHERINE OLLIVER, 49, of Peel Close, Ducklington was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have committed an offence between June 7 and July 5. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. She was also given six points on his driving licence.

SIMON ROBERTSON, 34, of Queen Emmas Dyke, Witney, was convicted of speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone in Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney on April 18. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. He was also given four points on his licence.
