Tiago Venicus Faria Da Silva, 31, Hollow Way, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis having being required to provide one while being the driver of a vehicle in Headington, Oxford on August 4 2017. Fined £230. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

Craig Hurst, 46, of Park View, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on August 7 2017 in Station Road, Wallingford. Hurst gave a reading of 70mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £307. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

Adam Keith Stallwood, 31, Wellington Street, Thame, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit in Thame on August 6 2017. Stallwood gave a reading of 87mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £581. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £58 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Robert Ernest Mattock, 64, of Cotswold Court, Souldern, Bicester, was convicted in his absence of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely an S-Type Jaguar, in a public place, namely Oxford Railway Station, Park End Street, without due car and attention on May 1 2017. Also convicted of driving a motor vehicle on the same date in the same location while not wearing an adult belt. Fined £440. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £640. Driving record endorsed with four points.

Jake Moon, 18, of Mayfield Avenue, Grove, Wantage, admitted possessing a folding locking pocket knife which had a blade which exceeded 3in without good reason or lawful authority in Park End Street, Oxford, on August 5 2017. Community order made. Defendant must carry out unpaid work for 100 hours with the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Folding locking pocket knife to be forfeited and destroyed by Thames Valley Police.

Dragan Bibic, 41, of Banbury Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating the identification of the driver or rider of a vehicle when required between March 30 2017 to April 27 2017 in Banbury. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Gary Kelly, 52, of Drake Avenue, Didcot, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver or rider of a vehicle when required between May 8 2017 and June 5 2017. Graham Taylor, 61, of Whichford Road, Hook Norton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver or rider of vehicle when required for Thames Valley Police. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

LEE MOSELEY, 28, of Trinity Road, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 81 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath on April 16 at North Leigh, Oxfordshire. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 21 months.

MIRZA BAIG, 48, of Williamson Way, Oxford, was convicted speeding on January 28 at Tiddington by driving 51 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £625 and must pay a victim surcharge of £63 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

TIMOTHY GRIFFITHS, 54, of New Yatt Road, Witney, was convicted of speeding at Kidlington on January 30 by driving 51 mph in a 30 mph area. He was £576 and must pay a victim surcharge of £58 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 6 months.

NICHOLAS COOMBES, 28, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, admitted stealing £10 belonging to By the Fire, Banbury, on August 14. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.

STEVEN NORMAN, 31, of Western Crescent, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on February 28 by failing to comply with an unpaid work requirement. He was fined £50 and ordered to continue the requirement and pay court costs of £60.

ROBERT STEPHENS, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a man and a woman at Arncott, Bicester on March 9. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

LIAM TAYLOR, 22, of Chipping Norton, admitted breaching a community order on June 21 by failing to comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement and failing to attend. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

DENNIS ANIEMEKA, 48, of Aubyn Square, London, admitted stealing two jackets valued at £358 from menswear retailer Charles Tyrwhitt at Bicester Village on August 17. He was fined £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

IAN BOSS, 43, of Harris Road, Upper Heyford, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 40 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Launton Road, Bicester, on August 17. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMES COLLINS, 23, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, admitted driving while above the legal alcohol limit with 116 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Banbury on August 18. He was made subject to a community order and must complete 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 26 months.
