CYCLISTS can now sign up for the third Bike Oxford event which will feature new routes across the county.
Organisers announced yesterday that the annual ride will be on Sunday, September 11.
Riders will have a choice of either 25, 50 or 80 miles which will all start and finish at Cherwell School.
Cycling club Cowley Road Condors has assessed and approved the new routes.
The 80 mile route will head towards Waddesdon and on into Buckinghamshire, weaving through the countryside before it returns to Oxford via Islip with the 50-mile route being a shorter version.
All cyclists will receive a timing chip, finisher’s medal and post ride food.
And those wanting to raise money for charity, the organisers have joined up with charity Helen & Douglas Hospice.
Last year's event was held on Sunday, September 13.
Registration costs ranges between £20-£33 and the event can be entered as an individual or as a team. Under 16’s can enter for £10.
