Lisa Crook, 42, of Westfield Road, Benson, admitted being knowingly concerned in fraudulent activity by omitting to tell the Tax Credit Department that she and Jeffrey Hunt were living together as husband and wife, between October 7, 2013, and July 18, 2014. Also admitted dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which would affect entitlement to Employment Support Allowance. Handed a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

John Paley, 39, of Reeds Close, Wantage, admitted possessing two wraps of cannabis, a class B drug, in Wantage, on March 30. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Leon Vollenhoven, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at the Head of the River, Folly Bridge, Oxford, on May 5. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Graham Collier, 54, of Bampton Close, Littlemore, admitted being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Oxford, on February 25. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on February 25. Also admitted stealing three bottles of wine worth £21 from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on March 14. Handed a community order with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay £60 compensation.

Connor Cox, 18, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a £400 iPhone 5 at Oxford Road, Littlemore, in February 19. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £400 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Jonathan Griffin, 25, of Oxford Road, Cowley, admitted stealing one bottle of vodka worth £19 from Co-op, in Cowley, on December 7 and 8 last year. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £19 compensation.

Andrew Warden, 50, of Wychwood, Sires Hill, North Moreton, Didcot, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, or provoke them to immediately use unlawful violence, in Didcot on November 13 last year. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £60 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

BANBURY

Caldararu Adrian, 48, of Clifton Road, Luton, found guilty in absence of driving a Mercedes which was unlicensed on the A40 at Oxford on December 10 last year. Handed a £440 fine and ordered to pay £76.67 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Alastair Dougall, 55, of Chinnor Road, Thame, found guilty in his absence of driving a Hyundai, which was unlicensed, on the A40 at Oxford on December 11 last year. Handed a £440 fine and ordered to pay £36.67 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Daniel Brown , 18, of Perth Court, Denmark Hill Estate, London, admitted possessing a large silver carving knife in public in Broughton Road, Banbury, on April 19 this year. Handed a community order and told to carry out 80 hours' unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Claire Reid, 23, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, admitted stealing three bottles of washing liquid worth £39 from Tesco in Banbury on May 5 this year. Also admitted criminal damage to a police cell at Banbury Police Station, Warwick Road, on March 23 this year and committing an offence while subject to a nine-month conditional discharge imposed by Banbury Magistrates' Court on January 20 this year for theft. Handed a £80 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

Neil Saunders, 43, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted possessing a locking knife in public in Jubilee Court, Banbury on February 11 this year. Handed a £120 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Akos Szoke, 20, of Stenter Mews, Witney, admitted drink driving a Nissan Micra in Market Square, Witney, on April 17 this year. Had 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above 35 microgram limit. Handed a £280 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Jesse Webb, 29, of Hill View, Carterton, admitted stealing five electrical plug sockets worth £36 belonging to B&Q in Thorney Leys Park, Witney, on December 20 last year. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to an 18-month conditional discharge imposed by Banbury Magistrates' Court in September last year for stealing bottles of washing liquid worth £30 from the Co-Op in Marigold Square, Carterton, in October 2014. Handed a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Alistair Riley, 64, of Bates Lane, Souldern, admitted drink driving a Peugeot 308 in Bates Lane, Souldern, near Bicester, on February 24 this year. Had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above 35 microgram limit. Handed a £495 fine and ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.

Depu Razzaki, 27, of Moorland Close, Witney, admitted assaulting Georgina Dunstan by beating her in Witney on May 6 this year. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence imposed by Oxford Magistrates' Court on April 27 this year for wilfully assaulting, ill treating, neglecting, abandoning or exposing a child. Jailed for a total of 16 weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
