Scott Alexander, 31, of Abbey Road, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Banbury High Street on August 31. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Joseph Scarrott, 22, of Springfield Park, Witney, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Langdale Court, Witney, on August 29. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Jessica Tustain, 23, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, near Banbury, admitted possessing heroin, a Class A drug, and a lock knife in Bridge Street, Banbury, on July 3. Given a Community Order with a three-month curfew between 8pm and 8am and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Tristan Simms, 35, of Knoll Walk, Chipping Norton, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Bicester on August 5. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Robert Waterman, 35, of The Daedings, Deddington, near Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Deddington on August 28. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months made for cannabis possession at Banbury Magistrates on October 29. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Gary Wickens, 33, of Hardwick Road, Hethe, near Bicester, admitted breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order by entering Sainsbury’s in Pioneer Square, Bicester, from which he was prohibited from entering. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Hannah McNally, 25, of Meadow Way, Yarnton, near Kidlington, admitted criminally damaging clothing, footwear and bedroom fixtures to the value of £600 at a house in Yarnton on June 7. Given a Community Order requiring 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and participation in a rehabilitation activity for up to 30 days. Also ordered to pay £300 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Andrei Polodeanu, 30, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted driving without due care and attention on Ermont Way, Banbury, on July 17. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Aurel Serban, 37, of Roman Way, Bicester, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Bicester on July 25. Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Robert Dwyer, 39, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, admitted speeding in a 50mph zone on Oxford Eastern Bypass on October 20, 2014. Fined £240 and ordered to pay a £24 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

Adrian-Bogdan Nicolicioiu, 26, of Wasbrough Avenue, Wantage, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Wantage on August 12. Also admitted damaging an iPad in Wantage on the same date. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £350 costs, £150 compensation and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Andrea Paterson, 48, of Goose Green Close, Oxford, convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a person on June 1 with intent to cause them to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them or to provoke the immediate use of such violence. Also convicted of the same offence on June 3. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to an order of conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £520 criminal courts charge and £50 compensation.

Dua Noah, 27, of Shirley Place, Oxford, admitted possessing a pair of wire cutters and a security tag remover, for use in the course of or in connection with theft, in Marston Street, Oxford, on June 24. Also admitted possessing a silver pair of pliers for use in the course of or in connection with theft in Sainsbury’s Westgate Centre, Bonn Square, Oxford, on February 5. Further admitted stealing four bottles of perfume worth £143 from Boots in Cornmarket Street, Oxford on August 20. Further admitted stealing four bottles of perfume worth £158.49 from Boots in Cornmarket Street, Oxford on August 19. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered to take part in drug dependency treatment for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

David Kelly, 55, of Sutton Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Cowley Road, Oxford on September 4. Had 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Abingdon Police Station, Colwell Drive, Abingdon on September 4. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £180 criminal courts charge and a £20 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for three years.

Benjamin Lamb, 44, of Main Road, Alvescot, admitted drink-driving in Alvescot Road, Carterton, on September 6. Had 104 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Made subject to a community order requiring him to be under a curfew for two months between the hours of 8pm and 6am. Ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 24 months.
