DELAYED trains running from Oxford to London Paddington are expected to be back to normal at 11.30am.
Earlier, First Great Western said a signalling problem between Hayes & Harlington and Ealing Broadway would cause delays and cancellations until 1pm.
But according to the train provider, the problem has been resolved.
