ONE in three First Great Western passengers suffered a delayed journey in 2014.
The figure is the joint-second highest in the UK along with Thameslink/First Capital Connect and South Eastern.
Only Southern trains were delayed more often, with 39 per cent of passengers suffering delays.
The figures were released today by consumer association Which?, and take into account journeys from November 2013 to November 2014.

A third of the 575 First Great Western passengers surveyed said they had experienced a delay last year.
CrossCountry passengers were hit by delays 29 per cent of the time, whilst Chiltern Railways fared slightly better with 28 per cent of passengers suffering disrupted journeys.
