A POLICE horse has offended dozens of Brians across the Thames Valley.
Six-year-old Brian is on trial with the mounted section of Thames Valley Police, but if he joins the force he faces having to follow tradition by adopting the name of a mythological deity, like Odin, Thor or Hercules.
Several Brians say it’s “outrageous”.
But Brian Hathaway, from Appleton, near Abingdon, said: “They can call him Father Christmas for all I care.”
