Friday rush begins with tailbacks from M40 junction 9 to Peartree Interchange
Traffic is extremely heavy on the A34, with delays of up to 30 minutes from the M40 to Oxford.
Vehicles are tailed back from the Peatree interchange in North Oxford to junction 9 of the M40 near Wendlebury.
