Driver is bailed

OXFORD: A council workman painting lines on Iffley Road suffered an injured foot after being hit by a car.

A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and released on bail until March 15.

It is the council workers fault for being in the road without a barrier between him and the traffic as stated in the health and safety regulations, the council should know this. Free the Iffley Road one.

If he's too thick to see a bloke in an orange babygrow he won't spot a barrier either. You wonder how many door mirrors and cyclists he's felled. Pircks like this shouldn't be on the road.
