Former US Vice President Al Gore will give a speech in Oxford tomorrow at a climate change conference.
The conference at Oxford University’s Keble College has been organised by the university’s Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment.
Delegates are discussing the question: Is there a Model for Low-Carbon Growth?
