3 Hours to move a car and dismantle a traffic light? I saw it on the BBC news, if the Police are unable to move a little VW Polo quick give me a shout, I know a man who could shift it in minutes giving the road back to the users.

It's now cleared - about 15 minutes ago. Certainly is a long time to clear when there is little to investigate.

Hey,wait a minute guys, the police are very busy killing innocent people and giving away anti-terrorist plans. Of course they haven't the time for the trivia of ordinary plod work.
