David Anthony Collwill, 29, of Humber Court, Didcot, admitted assaulting a man in Warrington on July 29. Community order made. Ordered to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £250.

Lewis Matthew Cairns, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a pedal cycle belonging to Worcester College on November 22. Sentenced to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months. Ordered to follow a rehabilitation activity requirement, pay £50 in compensation and pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Peter Njuguna Kariuki, 23, of Regent Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two cans of pineapple Malibu to the value of £3.60 from Sainsburys on October 10. Admitted damaging a pair of reading glasses to the value of £4.00 belonging to Brian Lester on October 21. Also pleaded guilty to failing, without reasonable excuse to surrender to the custody of Oxford Magistrates' Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 22. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £4.00 in compensation. Fined £50. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Michael Cleverly, 54, of Queensway, Didcot, admitted being the owner or person in charge of a dog, namely a black Collie cross Labrador, which was dangerously out of control causing injury to Elizabeth May Smith in Cockcroft Road, Didcot, on October 1. Unless the dog, called Marley, is kept under proper control by being kept muzzled in a public place, never left unattended in a public place, always kept on a lead in a public place and not with a person under the age of 16 in a public place, it must be destroyed. Fined £200. Ordered to pay £300 in compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Jessica Lauren Wharton, 19, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, admitted assaulted Georgia Budziszewski in Great Western Drive, Didcot on August 29. Community order made as well as a curfew requirement. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Luke Jordan McDonagh, 25, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing perfumes to the value of £74.75 belonging to Debenhams in Magdalen Street, Oxford on November 12. Also admitted stealing four Hugo Boss, four Lacoste and two Joop aftershave to the value of £526 belonging to Debenhams in Banbury on November 16. Sentenced to four weeks suspended for 12 months concurrent for both offences.

Mohammed Dilwar Hussain, 30, of Banbury Court, Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 27 by failing to attend unpaid work on September 4 and September 11. Ordered to continue. Fined £100.

Land Afazi, 31, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted resisting two police constables in the execution of their duty in Cowley Road on October 28. Fined £40. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Thomas Patrick Roach, 60, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen or specimens of breath having been required to when suspected of driving a vehicle in Abingdon on November 14. Community order made. Ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Geoffrey Raymond Willis, 59, of Colne Drive, Berinsfield, Wallingford, admitted driving a motor vehicle, namely a silver Vauxhall Astra in Dorchester-on-Thames, Wallingford on November 15 after exceeding the legal alcohol limit. Willis gave a reading of 52 microgrammes in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml. Fined £100. ordered to pay costs of £85 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Thomas Benjamin Hobson, 22, of Centre Street, Banbury, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle in Worcester Street Car Park, Oxford while being over the legal alcohol limit. Hobson gave a blood reading of 183 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The limit is 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

Alice Rita Hobbs, 37, of Harcourt Road, Wantage, admitted assaulting Keith Slater thereby occasioning actual bodily harm in Wantage on November 1. Community order made. Alcohol treatment requirement ordered for six months as well as a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. ordered to pay a £85 victim surcharge and to pay costs of £85.

Wayne Andrew James Kelly, 50, of Portway Close, East Hendred, Wantage, admitted possessing 13.66grams of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B with intent to supply it at Hendred Village Stores Wisteria House, High Street, East Hendred on September 14.
