Temporary lights cause delays to morning drivers
TEMPORARY traffic lights in Bicester are causing delays to motorists this morning.
The lights on the Oxford Road roundabout are slowing the journeys of drivers by about 10 minutes.
They will remain in place between 9am and 6pm while resurfacing work is carried out until December 16.
Congestion is building on the southbound carriageway of the M40 at Bicester and on the A40 between Witney and Eynsham.
Other roads heading into the city are currently coping well with traffic.
